🚚 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
🇨🇦 Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
We primarily ship through Canada Post and trusted courier partners. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.
🏠 Local Pickup – Surrey, BC
We offer free local pickup from Surrey (near King George Hub).
Pickup is available by appointment only
You’ll receive an email or text once your order is ready, with the exact pickup address and timing options
Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up
This is a great option if you're local and want to skip shipping delays!
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
